“This is my third day at the property. We had a little hiccup at the beginning of our trip, but was corrected. We had an upgraded room that was very beautiful.”

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“Our only issue was that our room wasn’t cleaned until the second to the last day we were do to leave. I had spoken to a housekeeper during the middle of the week, who was at the room next door. I asked if she was stopping at our room next. She appeared to have said yes but no one showed. Later that day I saw housekeeping and just asked for clean linens and she obliged. Other than that, staff was awesome and we definitely will visit again.”

“La stanza pulita e nuova e ben accessoriata. unico dubbio e il wc e la doccia che sono chiuse da una piccola porta a vetri scorrevole. se non hai intimita diventa un problema perche non esiste privacy. hotel bellissimo. colazione completa e con super orari. ”

“This hotel was very impressive. Not only was it in a perfect location with beautiful ocean views and close to the circle, it was remodelled with extremely attractive decor and amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the onsite restaurant was excellent, the pool was convenient and clean and everything in the place was immaculate. Will definately consider again if visiting the area.”

“En mi opinión no es muy barato que digamos el hotel para que sus áreas exteriores estén tan descuidadas el estanque apestaba a caca de pato la piscina y el Jacusi el piso todo feo y sucio por el tiempo , la bañadera de la habitación acumulada toda el agua y terminabas bañándote en un charco de jabón y suciedad el personal si muy atento pero deberían tomar en cuenta pasarle la mano a las áreas del hotel”

“Quiet and clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. And it was close to Tropicana Field which was the reason for our stay.”

“Room was dirty, check-in was a disaster. Paid $200 for amenities that we barely used. It was quite a hike to the ocean. No complementary fruit water or candy in the lobby. No vending machines.”
